I have had an interest in hypnosis and psychotherapy since obtaining my Life coaching diploma in 2011  and  complimenting this with hypnotherapy and  psychotherapy felt like a natural progression, and although it took me a while to take the plunge, I eventually chose to train with CPHT Hampshire, which is part of the prestigious Clifton Practice in Bristol,  one of the leading hypnotherapy training schools in the country.  From here I gained a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, which entailed some 600 hours of study involving a large element of practical work. I have also achieved the externally accredited Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma.  I am a member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and the Complementary National Council for Hypnotherapy and adhere to their code of ethics.

As part of my commitment to continuous professional development I am under regular supervision and am engaged in ongoing training in the latest techniques.

I generally work in Romsey, Winchester and Harley Street London but since Covid-19 I also see some clients over Zoom which also works amazingly well.
